Default 629 Classic with Eagle design info

I'm looking for any info on why this 629 Classic has an Eagle design on it. Was it a limited edition? Value? Any info would be greatly appreciated.image.jpg

Looks like it could be a commemorative or limited edition. Most times these guns have no more monetary value than comparable standard models.
