Here's my question. I already have the surefire x300 ultra light mounted on the bottom rail of my TRR8, and I'm planning for a crimson trace laser grip as well. Problem is, it appears that the light will interfere with the track of the laser, and I will not be able to use both at the same time. Has anyone else had the same experience? The light appears to be too wide. Is there a light that does play nice with the CT grip? I'd hate to give up that powerful 500 lumen light, but I might consider moving it to another sidearm if I have a different option. Looking at the very similar M&P R8 where the bottom rail is cut into the barrel, this looks like it holds the light slightly higher and might possibly clear the laser track. Any thoughts? I know I could also switch out for a light/laser combo, but that would not be my first choice. All opinions appreciated! Thanks.
