Hey all,

I need to positively identify the year of manufacture for a 683-3. Normally, I'd buy a book and look it up, but it's time sensitive (I need to ID it before my dad leaves after x-mas), so I'm hoping someone has the book to look it up.

I think it's from the early 90's, but need to know for sure to avoid some headaches.

Welcome! This prefix is not listed in the published table, and the ones around it seem to be not in alphabetical order, but it likely shipped in either 1992 or '93. Hope this is helpful.
