Default Governor Questions

I've decided to buy a Silver Governor and there's one advertised on line at a good price, but it says it's "Massachusetts Compliant". What exactly does this mean for a revolver? Is it any different from all the other Governor revolvers? I know Massachusetts has some rules about trigger pull weights for semi-autos and I don't want a gun with an intentionally heavy trigger pull. Obviously I'm not a Mass. resident or I wouldn't be asking this question.

Also, does anyone know the bore and throat dimensions on these guns?

Thanks.

I think it just means that S&W sent a test sample of that model to the state of MA so that it would get put on the roster. There really shouldn't be any functional differences that would necessitate an actual seperate model, as they all have a drop safety, lock and a heavy trigger pull from the factory.

I spoke to S&W today. They said all their revolvers are Massachusetts compliant and are no different from their regular production. My Governor is on its way from Buds Guns and I've got 300 rounds of various .410 defense loads to check it out.
