Default s&w 327 pc snubby

bought a model 327 pc snub air weight and it shoots low and left...returned to factory and still the exact same problem..had others shoot it and same results...HOW DO I GET IT FIXED???

Aim high and right...

You could try different ammo and see if it changes the POI but the 327pc snub isn't exactly meant for target shooting.

Change the grip to pachmyre thin grips [ not the thick compacts]
shoot again.
Shoot one handed , two hands can cause problems on such a light gun.

Try different ammo weights.

Did you try shooting it off a rest of some kind?

You're jerking the trigger ... that causes shots to hit low and outside. Practice dry firing it until your trigger pull is smooth.
