Model 49 Bodyguard serial number help?
Just got a great little blue M49 Bodyguard snub with original wood grips and was wondering when it was manufactured. It has X 4472 inside the frame under the cylinder crane, anyone know?

My mistake, the serial number on the bottom of the frame is ALD 3869.
