Any SC State Police out there?

Are there any current our retired South Carolina State Police out there? I ask because I have a 3-inch model 65 that I bought about 7 years ago and I'm wondering if that was ever an issued weapon. The dealer I got it from had several 3-inch 65s of different generations that were claimed to have been trade-ins from some South Carolina PD, though they didn't state which one. I assume the best odds are on the State Police. Can anyone confirm that it was an issued weapon. Mine is from 1995, I believe.

I know the Mass. State police carried that model for a short stint here years ago. i have seen a couple and they are really nice.
