Welcome to the Forum!
They made a few 657s with a full underlug.

The 681 and 648. The .357 models 60, 627 (not all), 640 and 649. The .38 Special model 60-4 and some later variants like the -12.

Don't forget the 647 and 696. The 625's were made in .45 ACP and .45 Colt and should probably be considered different models.

I believe the three additional guns you mention are all carbon steel rather than stainless steel.

It may be stating the obvious, but the 629 Classic was full lug as well...

Don't forget the M25-13. As far as I can tell, it's the only M25 that had a full-lug barrel.
.
.
PS: I know, it's only partially stainless steel.

I'm picking nits: an underlug is by defintion "full" and runs the length of the barrel; anything less is a shrouded ejector.

Inspired by Colt maybe? I have my share, but they are probably Python wannabes. I prefer the half lugs for carry guns.
My full lugs are:
686-6 4"
629 Classic 5"
696 3"
617 6"

You've got to get a 5" 625-5 in 45 Colt
In my opinion, the best full lug revolver ever made by S&W
Grips are Nill Classics. And please don't even think about keeping the original one piece rubber grips on it. Completely destroys its looks.

But shoots very well. Do you want to shoot it or look at it? Fancy grips are expensive. You can have both in my experience, but the originals are not the worthless hall-of-shame grips that some seem to imply.

Indeed it would! Project 616 It's my "Prototype Model 616 dash naught!" It really looks good with my Model 60-4 with adjustable sights and full underlug.

I'm not one to believe that function follows form. My habit of using Nill Classic grips on all of my large S&W revolvers is that they absorb recoil (or more accurately handle recoil) better than any grip I've ever tried. The Hogue mono-grips are great for light to modest recoiling weapons such as 38, 357 and 44 Special. In my opinion, once you get into the heavier recoiling guns like 45 Colt, 41 Mag and 44 Mag, a better designed grip is better suited to the task, one that spreads the recoil over a larger portion of the hand rather than concentrating it in the web and a narrow portion of the palm. I was originally a Coke fan and bought many pair due solely on their superb design. Nill has improved on that design and their Classic reflects those improvements.
