32 Trio
I posted a thread a few weeks ago with my beloved 431PD, and the S&W fairy must have decided I'd been a good boy. When visiting a local shop last weekend I scouted a lonely NOS 432PD that had been in the case for a pretty good long while. They ended up making a great deal on it just to get it out of the case.
When showing that off to a friend of mine he produced a 331 and ended up trading it to me for something else that was just sitting in the safe collection dust. Now I need a 32 with some barrel length!

Rob,
I like em, rigs too. If I remember correctly this may just be a month to remember for you? Hello to Pops. And bride to be. You have come a long way in your leather bending .

Bill - thanks for the words! The 32 mags are a hoot and I figured the 432 was a 'last hoorah' for a while. Coming up on the 21st so we are under 3 weeks now!

Congrats on your 32mag collection and your beautiful holster collection. Those are some of the nicest holsters and belts I have ever seen!
I have a 432PD and love it.
If you haven't tried it, you should get some of the Georgia Arms 32Mag hollow points. They are loaded very hot. I get 1100fps out of a 2" barrel. Much hotter than the Hornady Critical Defense 85gr.

Thank you!
The GA ammo is my favorite load, I bought a case the last time it became available. Not sure what it gains out of my 20" Marlin but it is a hoot to shoot!

I don't know if you have shot the 85gr Critical Defense out of your 2" guns, but it is much milder than the GA 100gr.

Eaglestoker,
Looks like you've been bitten by the 32 bug also. Once bitten, I'm afraid there is no cure for it. I started with a M-631, then a M-332, next was a M-16-4. I knew I was hopeless when a Ruger Single Seven came home with me. It's so bad that, if I see another one for sale, I won't be able to resist.

I've shot both loads, and while both manageable prefer the 85gr offering which shoots great out of all of my handguns and the Marlin. I find a stout 32 still easier to control than a hot 38/357 out of a J-frame.

Bastogne,
It all started with a Marlin 32 H&R and a Ruger 32 convertible Vaquero I found locally. Bought both for less than the Marlin was worth and fell in love the the cartridge. They were followed by a 32 'Vaquerito' single six, an SP101, the 431, and then the single seven. I'd love to have a 16-4 but current going rates leave me searching local shops for a deal. I found one in 4" flavor at a shop a few years too early and passed at $795 OTD. Kind of like passing on the 3" ported 632-1 for the same price available when I bought my 431.....hindsight.
I'm Robert and I am bitten by all things 32

The sickness runs deep within you.........good thing your honey understands! I bet once she shot that Marlin 32 she got the bug too.
Did you make her a special leather veil? That would be cool.

John - I learn from the best of them Courtney hasn't warmed up to the 32 just yet. Given that the 45 CBC is her pick I can't really blame her though.
Only thing leather I got to make for the wedding was what I'm wearing....she didn't give me much say in the rest of it and I'm ok with that.

It sounds like she is running the wedding show, and that's a good thing! How can you not love a girl that appreciates Cowboy rifles, Thompsons and Garands? You've a very lucky man, Robert.
As I'm fond of reminding my married friends, taking Mama shooting and getting her involved is a good thing.......the ammo budget usually goes up when Mama likes to shoot!
