Does anyone have any production numbers for the 625-6 MG in 45lc? I was told they ran 500 & then another 300 for Lew Horton? Does this sound right?

My product code is: 130045. Serial number starts with CAL16xx. Special Order 5347

Those numbers are way too low. You must not have been watching gun sites the few years .45 Colt 625 Mtn. Guns were continuously offered for sale. The 625-6s you are interested in followed large numbers of 625-5 .45 Colt Mtn. Guns. Lew Horton is best know for ordering batches of 3" N frames, not Mountain Guns which are all 4". The 300 number rings a bell. IIRC that was the number of Lew Horton 3" full lug 610s.
