Default These stocks being back memories

When I was 18 and 19 I worked at a gunshop in Sulphur LA. It was a great place to work and it was there that I developed my love for S&W revolvers. Today at my lgs, I ran across these. ( I'm 52 now ). I recognized the price tag. Retail $36 and I still remember the price code. ( they paid $24 ). Oh to go back and load up on some of that stuff!!!!

Did you buy them? They're worth more than $36, ya know...

Your post brings back memories. When I was 22-23y/o the gun shop I worked at had hundreds of NOS S&W grips in the package along with all sorts of NOS S&W LE supplies. This was back in about 2002, but most of that NOS merchandise was from the mid 70's to mid 90's. The grips are all gone now. Mostly ended up on used S&W's that came in wearing goodyear grips.

I just bought a used pair for my model 66 a couple of months ago and thought that I got a great deal at $75.
