Default Brand new S&W m29-10

I been wanting a new S&W m29-10 44 magnum, 6 1/2" barrel in nickel. One night while browsing the LGS he had a used unshot m29-10 in blue for $699. I grabbed it anyway. But I been thinking it's been four years down the road since this purchase and no nickel yet. With the prices going sky high on the m29's. I been thinking on having my blued unfired m29-10 refinished in nickel? I been wondering about the cost?
