Default Commemorative/presentation guns thread

Ive never seen one of these, so when I was presented the opportunity to bring it home I did so.
Model 66-2 ATF 1933 - 1983 commemorative. ACA1xxx.
Grips are dated 1982.
I understand it was sold in limited quantities to ATF Agents to commemorate the 50th anniversary of ATF. The box includes a belt buckle, cleaning kit and a ring. The seal pictured on the buckle is stamped into the gun above the right side grip. The same seal is featured on the ring.

Anybody else have a commemorative gun?

Yup, a Model 29 from 1988. I wish I could make some of the gold decorations on it disappear. I like some of the embellishments on it, but some I don't. They made too many of these things commemorating things that didn't need to be commemorated. If I could make that big gold emblem on the right side vanish, I'd be pretty happy.

I'll add my example of the Evansville Police Department 1883-1983 anniversary commemorative. S&W model 686 (no dash), 4" with presentation case. Cases with the logo were a $45.00 option. Guns were ordered in 1984 and delivered in 1985. Series of 103 guns began with ser# AHE1881 shown below.

Default Model 29-2 North Carolina State Highway Patrol - 1978

This was the first Model 29 Commemorative that S&W did. It was also the first time they did acid etching on a commemorative.
