Default Nickel 19-5....what am I missing?

There is this 19-5 4inch that has been listed on the local gun board now for quite some time. In fact the seller has even lowered the price to just over 600 dollars.

In my book that is a steal, but why has no one picked the gun up when it was listed at 725, then 700 and now all the way down to just a tad over 600? I haven't picked it up myself because I already have a 19-4 blued 4inch and I am finding myself now picking up duplicate models, which is causing me some anxiousness that I have a problem, hahah. I am tempted to tell the seller I will take it, but before I do here is a picture of the label and was wondering if y'all could help decifer the trigger type and stock type.....[IMG]
