Just wondering if anyone could give me any more information on the S&W 586-3 laser engraved 6”. Quantity made and what it’s worth. Found one at a LGS never fired with no box. Thanks
Same price as regular 586.(see gunbroker) That laser engraving is CHEAPLY done and won't hold up to use. 2 of my mountain guns(629 & 686) are used a lot and that cheap laser engraving has disappeared from both of them. Just smooth unidentified stainless now.
Actually I would value it quite a bit less than the same factory 586 without the laser etching. Most folks do not like the laser etching and they are usually lot harder to sell.
