629 ES Emergency Survival Kit

They are listed on GB for $949 new, and in the mid $800's for used. I remember when S&W came out with the ES "kit" but have not seen one in person.

I have a 629ES that appears to be NIB. I havent seen another one sell for awhile so it's hard to put a price on it. What would a fair price be if I were to sell it privately.

Would you like to sell yours? I would be happy to buy it.

I'm thinking about buying a Pelican case for my 629-4 mountain gun and make my own Emergency Bear arrack kit.
Gun-check
survival blanket-check
flask of scotch-check
pair of clean drawers-check
Gun is already paid for so I can probably put together the rest for less than $200

You are not wrong at all Caj. The 629 is 3”. That barrel length is pretty easy to come by. I have 2. The 629 Bear Attack Kit I think was a Johnny come lately to the 500 and 460 rollouts. JMO. The 2 other offerings, SW460 and sw500 with a 2.75” barrel are the only guns ever produced in that barrel length. That’s why I want one. The 629 3” in a Bear Attack Kit is nothing I would seek personally. I would make my own too.
