Dawson for my M25-15
Hi
Is there anyone that can confirm that this front sight from Dawson Precision will fit my Smith & Wesson Model 25-15??
Dawson Precision S&W Pinned Fiber Optic Front Sights - Dawson Precision, Inc.
I have found the right hight and with of the sight, but Im not sure that the shape of the cutout on the barrel is the same as the sight
If anyone have it on there M25, I would love to see some pictures :-)
Thanks

According to the reviews below the body of the advertising, a lot of folks seem to think it fits. Some bellyaching that it doesn’t include the lin and it is not drilled for the pin. Guess folks need something to complain about.

Yeah, I have read the reviews, I know I have to drill the pin hole, but it seems like the piece that goes in the gun doesn't mach the cut out in the gun barrel

I have a SDM Fab. fiber optic front sight mounted on a 625 and love it. Outside it actually looks like a red dot sight.

When mounting you must drill from both sides, not all the way thru from one side!

Oh, sweet 😍
Yeah, I have heard people says that drilling from both sides is a good idea, and it makes sense, thanks :-)

I bought that Dawson fiber sight & compared to the Hi-Viz or SDM it's length is (oddly) shorter, front to back length, than either.
I didn't like the look & went the other route.
My 25-13 came with the Hi-Viz.

.
A SDM went on the 629.
