Try MidwayUSA or Cheaper Than Dirt. Natchez Shooters Supply may have them also.

MidwayUSA.com is out-of-stock on the Speer Gold Dot 135 grain...like most of their ammo...$20.69 per 20 count box.
Did not locate "Speer" on Cheaper than Dirt's website under .38 special.
Midway has shown backorders on most of their popular ammo items for the past 4 months??? I know the "retail surge" of ammo & guns is hot but they must have more pull with these ammo suppliers. I have given Cheaper than Dirt my last 4 ammo orders...$1,000...because of Midway's lack of inventory.

Good luck my friend. I haven't seen any online since early March.
The only stock I know of is on Gunbroker and you have to buy 1000 rounds.

Almost all online dealers are sold out of all brands of ammo. I usually get the Speer short barrel 135 gr 38sp +P ammo from www.ammunitiontogo.com ,but they too are out.
www.doubletapammo.com and www.buffalobore.com make similar loadings.

Not much help to you I am afraid but I found some in a shop in Invernes,Florida. A box cost $25.99.
