Need a screw for Sile Target grips for my 686-3

Hi all. Here's some pix of my 686-3 6" with Pachmayrs it came with back in '91. I bought the Sile Target grips a while back and can't find the screw for them. The Pachmayr screw is too thick.

Anyone have any suggestions where I can pick up a screw for the Sile grips?

Being European the screw may be metric, but for now go to Ace Hardware or other hardware stores and try a 6x32 in the nut in the right stock. Some Ace stores stock "gun screws", but that is probably a standard pitch/diameter.

I have had no problems finding screws at a good hardware store. Have had to shorten them before. Still works. Bob

I don't know if in USA metric screws are difficult
to find. Anyway, being in Italy, to me these screws are the standard.
If you need it, I can get one. Of course they will be totally threaded, instead of smooth in their upper sector.
