S&W 327NG 357mag "shotgunning"
This 327NG hits everything on the target except the bullseye.
Add a CT laser and even it must bring the target in to 22ft to find it sometimes. Without boring you further with all the tricks, tweaks and sweat solutions failed, I am left with only one reason to have you as a sounding board.
The distance from ANY grip to trigger is too long for this hand.
I have no other clues, see below ....
My no-effort bullseye guns aka my Keepers
SA MOD2 45acp 3.3"
SA TACTICAL 45GAP 5"
Ruger LCRx 357mag 3"
Browning Challenger .22LR 4.5"
ergo the WHY only the 327NG "shotguns" all over the same targets?

That one may need the muzzle crowned, or forcing cone cut bigger, or both. It could also have a barrel constriction just ahead of the forcing cone. Those are the most common causes of not shooting a group. Maybe bad rifling, but I've only seen a very few cases of that in 40+ years. Everything but bad rifling is fairly easily corrected.

I can’t help other than to offer that mine in similar configuration has always been flawless (at snubby distances anyway).

My two Night Guards, a 386 and a 315 are accurate.
My 386 PD and 386 Mountain Light weigh less and as a result are a bit more difficult to shoot well. But the problem is me, not the revolvers.
So, I agree with Protocall Design and think it’s an issue with your particular revolver, not the scandium frame revolvers in general.

Step 1 hand it to a skilled shooter and let them try it. Just to take you ( and you imply you have small hands) out of the equation.
Start with a clean bore, and try first jacketed then plain lead bullets. If none of these efforts point to a cause, it is time to send it to the factory for help, or a good gunsmith who knows revolvers ( not easy to find these days!)
