Default S&W 25-9

Any thoughts on value or collectibility of this unique, if I should call it that, model 25-9 "Horse thief" 45LC. Is there a demand for these and do they hold a value? Is this Smith a novelty or the real deal? Thanks, Roger

Don't know anything about the Horse Thief . 25-7's and -9's with satin black finish & un-fluted cylinders are sought after. {wish I had one!} I have a 25-15 and 45 Colt is a cartridge that I enjoy shooting. Good luck with your quest! Bob
