Default 327PC on the way

I've wanted one of these ugly buggers for years and finally pulled the trigger last night. I figured this would be the best place to ask while I wait; what kind of front sight do I need?

I reached out to XS and they said they don't make a sight for this model. It appears to be a dovetail instead of the standard pin system or S&W interchangeable. I'd like something similar to my 360 M&P, tritium XS I painted green.

I was looking at doing the same thing awhile back. I found a company called Tool Tech Gun Sight that had some options. I never ended up swapping the sight but they did send me some information. Their email address is below if you are interested.

It's here and ugly as sin...I absolutely love it. Still trying to source some night guard rubber grips and a tritium front sight before I go shoot.

After much trial and error I finally have a tritium front sight. I reached out to no XS after seeing one of their big dots on a 327 in a promo video. Long story short, that video was never supposed to see the light of day and the sight was scrapped.

Next up was Trijicon, who straight up told me they don't make anything that will fit. After spending way too much time googling front sights I stumbled across the 340 pro which appeared to have exactly what I needed.

More bad news, those sights aren't available for individual sales according to Trijicon. Damn, back to scouring the internet. While searching for 640 pro sights one model kept popping up. The 9mm chiefs special.

I rolled the dice and bought the Trijicons designed for the 9mm chiefs special, knowing the rear sights would be wasted. Well, after setting up my vice, breaking out the punch set, and a lot of foul language later, I've done it. I added a dab of fluorescent Testors and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
