Default 632 UC sight issue

I picked up my new 632 UC .32 H&R Magnum and everything looked great and felt good. I don’t notice until I got home that the front sight looked dim. The tritium has no glow! I called S&W customer service and they said I can send the gun to them or a sight to me. The sight should go out Monday.

That seems to be a common complaint.

I have a Glock with similar sights and while they don't look bright out of the safe they do appear brighter the more light they are exposed to.
