Default Help identifying grips

I am hoping someone has some insight on these grips. I just picked them up in a package deal but I don't know anything about them. I confirmed they are K square on my 586 but I've never heard of CKS. They feel very similar to factory combat grips and appear to be at least a little vintage. Any insight would be great

I believe they were imported from the Philippines under various names. I actually saw a reference to them or similar in an old handgun magazine under a name I have never heard. I believe I still have a set with the CKS marking. The wood looks better than the ones I've seen like that, actually looks like goncalo.

Awesome, thanks guys. They'll likely end up for sale, at least now I can give some explanation. Appreciate it

I do think they are vintage. I think the newer ones have the brass screw. I would guess yours with the steel screw to be older. I believe they were being imported back in the late 1970's and after but wouldn't know how to date them. They aren't a big money grip so probably no one spends a lot of time researching them. Again, never seen any with nice wood like that.
