Congratulations on a great addition to the family

Yours even still has correct grips on it

I have had mine for over three decades now. It is one of my favorites

Welcome to the 657 snub club! They are fun to shoot, and a handful with full house loads.

Great find...

Bought one new in the 1980s when they came out but for some unknown reason sold it in the 90s... Lucked into three in a month back about 2010. Sold one to a friend who still has it, one on GunBroker and kept the least valuable one for myself...it was Mag-Na-Ported and had been carried, but locked up tight.

If you reload, 8.0 grains of UNIQUE will run a 210 grain bullet about 900 fps...very accurate and pleasant to shoot. 7.0 of 231 about the same...

The loads that use the Barnes 180 solid copper HPs recoil less and the bullets expand well...great for PD.

Bob
