I hope I have this in the correct Forum, if not please move to the correct Forum. I just bought a S&W 432UC and discovered that S&W has a rebate program 11/1 thru 12/31. I didn't realize they were having a "Holiday Wheelgun Bonanza Rebate". I won't hold my breath for my $50 rebate but I am submitting it.

last year a friend of mine bought a 617 and sent the rebate in i was doubtful he would get his either. However, it was less than a Month he received his rebate.
 
I bought a M&P Shield Plus a few months ago when they had a rebate special going on. Filed the rebate form online with a copy of the receipt and received a $50.00 VISA card a few weeks later.
 
Unless it is an instant rebate, I shy away from mail in rebates! I have gotten stung too many times by never getting them. Try and contact them to follow through - and good luck!
 
My new purchase didn't qualify for this years rebate program but the Model 27 I bought last year qualified...and I had no idea there was even a rebate program running! I submitted the online info and had a check in less than four weeks. I was quite pleased.
 
I've had good luck with the S&W rebates I've applied for. M&P 2.0C this summer, Shield Plus last winter, and the original Shield back when they had a rebate before the Shield 2.0 came out.
 
I just purchased a 642-1. Signed in to register,all came up OK! Signed in with all the needed info for a rebate thru internet. Recieved an e-mail today that they cannot verifie my serial number. What? Ok to register and photo of the end of the box for rebate. Probably have to jump thru all the hoops now. DLQ
 
I had no trouble with the M&P rifle rebates. I just submitted rebates for a 432UC and 629, so we'll see.
 
With regard to my previous posting. With foot in mouth I'm letting all know that I disovered that it was my fault for submitting my rebate request to the wrong program. It appears that at this time there are two programs. A note to all, be sure you get in the correct program, I didn't. DLQ
 
I purchased one of the 686-6, 5" from PSA. Submitted on-line for the rebate on 11-7 and received the $100 gift card today.
 
Ref. previous notes, 9&11. Rebate is now in hand, arrived yesterday. I made a mistake and entered my info into the wrong program. Once I sent it correctly the process went quickly. DLQ
