Default Model 18 pricing

Local dealer has a 4" Model 18...95-98% or so....asking $500. Is that a fair price?

I don't know if it comes with box, docs and tools, but I would venture you won't able to find one cheaper. I sure would NOT take $500 for mine.

Some variables like what dash number it is, what grips it has on it and even the difference between your 95 to 98% rating makes a difference.

If it is in mint condition I say 5 is retail on it. IMHO.

I bought a 5-screw pre-18 13-17 months ago for $375 at the St. Charles, ILL gun show. 95%+. Was that a fluke? Maybe/probably. Aw, who knows.......

I also think that it is close. AA has a (dare I say it), pre-mdl 18 at just under
that price with about 5 days left. I would grab it.
