Anyone able to get a 686 SSR yet? If so, what are your impressions? I am thinking I may need one of these.

Thanks,

Hogan

I've had one for awhile now (11/07) and I love it. The trigger is not as nice as my PCs, but seems to be better than the average bear. She was my first L-frame and now I'm a believer. I especially like the grips, they feel a lot like my 625JM. I couldn't be more happy with her.

Thanks for the response. Looks like I may be thinning the herd a little to raise some cash for one of these.

Its my favorite revolver to shoot magnums through. My trigger was the best out of the box trigger non PC i have ever had. It balances great. Get one you can't go wrong

The SSR is a fine revolver, you won't regret buying one. I have had mine for some time now it is tight and right.
