The "Plug" Hairpin
When I installed my plugs, there wasn't a hairpin available.
Do you guys (Bullseye Smith also) think I should get these hairpins, switch them out, and get rid of the fork and spring?
Thanks for any opinions.

There is nothing wrong with the fork and spring. It can't fall apart. The hairpin I don't know about.
