Default Missing screw in grip of model 622

I have a 622 .22lr pistol and it seems that a spring is missing from the left side of the grip. I have looked far and wide and haven't been able to find a parts list or complete disassembly manual for the 622. If anyone has links, etc., I would greatly appreciate it.
