Red face 637 trigger re-assembly

my OCD got the better of me wanting to clean the inside of my new 637 and install a 13lb wolf trigger rebound spring. the cylinder pawl?( the arm attached to the trigger that makes the cylinder revolve) came off and the spring came out while trying to push up on it to install the pawl. STUPID here needs advise on how to put spring and pawl back together on the trigger, Please, then you can go back to laughing. Thanks guys.

There may be something for you in here. Very informative.Unless another forum member has something more specific.
I usually take some digital pictures before dismantling anything. I have had to go back and review them to reinforce my old addled memory banks

thanks guys for the help. I got the spring installed. I put trigger in a vise and put spring in trigger, short end first into the hole for it. where I went wrong was I dident have the coil part of spring shoved into cut out far enough. After pushing on it the right way( must have been looking cross-eyed, twitching my nose and standing on one leg ) I heard the coil snap into the groove. Took a small needle nose pliers and pushed up on spring and put hand in trigger. Piece of cake, after hours of frustration. Hope this will help someone. On the sticky for this thread for 500 magnum there is a picture of how spring rests in trigger. You just have to scroll down a ways to find it. Thanks again.

I love a story with a happy ending!

A blessing in disguise! The next time it happens, or one of your shooting buddies calls you in a panic, you will be a hero!
