Default 2206 TGT barrel nut torque

I have searched without any luck for the amount of torque that should be applied when tightening the barrel nut on this firearm...would anyone here know?

Any feedback will be appreciated...

I also would like to know what the barrel nut torque should be. I have the 422, but imagine the spec should be similar to the 2206.

I want to know this information also so I'm bumping this again. I replaced the nut with a suppressor adapter and the folks making the adapter didn't know the specs for the screw torque either.

From a discussion on RFC some time ago I recorded in my files that the correct torque for this series is 15 inch pounds. You can do a search in the S&W forum for "Torque" and see the discussion.

Thanks for the information. My search-fu is not so good as I was unable to find it in a forum search.
