I recently got a 65-3 3" and have got everything the way I want it, but, I would like to have a tritium front sight. Has anyone done this or had it done. I know Tool Tech can drill the sight and put in the tritium. I was hopeing someone had used an existing night sight and made the modifications necessray for this to work. Thanks
Yes, I had a 547 3 inch that I had the front sight milled off and had it dovetail cut and a big dot front tritium sight installed. It was then sent of to Birdsong to have a two tone green and black finish done to it. Beautiful gun and I sold it like a dumb azz. Wish I still had it. I have a 10-8 3 inch that I am going to do the same thing to.
