Sideplate Screws

Are the screws for all K frame revolvers interchangable or are they fitted to a specific revolver? I have several of these and would like to put the best undamaged screws in the best revolver. Some are model 19 some are model 14 and some are model 18. I have a pre model 18 that is almost perfect except for one screw. Can I change them out?
