Default Hand Pin Question

I have a very nice BSR that has a hand with a broken pin that the lever inside the trigger bears against. The pin that the hand pivots on in the trigger appears to be machined as a part of the hand, but the smaller pin seems to be pressed in. Has anyone ever replaced this pin, and if so, how was the old one removed?
