Default central WI pistolsmith for top break S&W .38

My top break Smith & Wesson.38 model 2 is intermittently slightly out of time. I read that I probably have worn teeth on the extractor star which can be repaired by peening the teeth or installing a larger hand. Although I recently put 15 rounds through it with no problems, I would like to get this, my ggfathers pistol repaired. Does anyone know someone, preferably, but not exclusively, in Wisconsin, that specializes in these pistols? As I understand it, I can ship this myself since it is old enough.
Please comment
Thanks - Scott
