I've made a lot of grips in the past. Slab grips for autos and SA
slabs. These don't take a lot of skill to make. I have figured out how I'm going to inlet them. What I would like to know is if any
"Dummy frames" are available, made of hardened metal that will
stand up to sanding. Am planning to set up to run Js first, stag
horn, hard woods. Just about anybody can shape and finish grips
If they have the patience. I want to be able to remove a lot of material with power tools, leaving fine finish to be hand done.

If you figure out how to machine inlet some grip slabs, please let me know. I've fiddled with it and can't get it tight enough to suit. I would love to buy some inletted blanks that were machine done.

Grips I petted

Not into production yet, still in R&D. When me and brother
Orville decide to do something we generally get it done. We are
building a panagraph type cutter. If that don't work out we
have plan B.
