Hello everyone,
As I said I am new at this so please roll with me. I have a Smith and Wesson 686-6. It has a 4 position adjustable front sight. I'm sure someone can tell me how to adjust this sight. Or maybe I should not shoot this. But I don't own any closet queens.

Help: Adjustable front sight instructions

Adjust the rear sight in the direction you want the group to go. If you want the group to go up ,, adj. the rear sight up.
Front sight is just the opposite.

I have a 586 with a 4 position adjustable front sight. Was planning on using it on silhouette field pistol @ 25 , 50 , 75 , & 100 yds.
Mine has 4 set screws for adjustment,, and a 4 position wheel for the four different settings.

Thank you very much. Played around with the sight. Pretty sure I have it down. 4 degrees above 0 now. Will try it when it gets a little warmer.
