Today, while cleaning my workshop of 9 years accumulated junk, I rediscovered the K frame Single Action kit that I had purchased about 10 years or so ago. When it was purchased, it had been my intent to have my long time gunsmith make the installation. However, the accident that left me disabled and my 'smith's passing had disrupted my plans.
I still wish to install the Single Action kit on my bullseye revolver, but there aren't any 'smiths in my area that I would trust to do the installation. With respect to assembly and disassembly on my target rifles, I am rather comfortable and they still work after my tinkering.
My question is, how difficult is it for a user to install a K frame trigger and hammer without sewing up the internals?
Thanks for your advice!
