Default Collar Bushing for 10-6 Cylinder

I just got a 10-6 and completely tore it down. I cannot find that little bushing that sits over the big spring that goes into the cylinder. I can’t believe I lost it because I am fanatical about keeping parts separated but I don’t even remember seeing it as I took it apart. Did the 10-6 need that bushing?

Yes sir, the extractor rod collar is a necessity in the model 10. Part #07685. Fortunately it's not expensive, and is still readily available.

I don't believe the sell the springs in a kit. I think they carry the individual center pin springs and extractor springs though. If not, Brownells carries them, and they have a schematic you can refer to on their web site. Just look under "schematics" for your model number.

Thanks, but a miracle happened. I found the piece! I had the gun broken down and soaking in automatic transmission fluid for a week. Took it out back to hose down with brake cleaner before reassembling. That’s when I lost the collar. I went back to the area which was at the edge of the woods in a pile of leaves. Found it in less then 5 seconds! Guess it was meant to be!
