Trigger Kick-Back
Colleagues
I have 2 .38DAs, one 2nd model, one 3rd, that both have trigger kick-back when fired SA. They function fine when fired DA.
Any suggestions to fix the problem?
Thanks in advance

If you're referring to push off, I would check the rebound spring to see if it's still an OEM length.
Resharpening the trigger bevel can also be an effective cure, if the cocking notch on the hammer is not damaged or molested by a stray stone or file.

The trigger pops forward when the DA sear on the hammer hits the top of the trigger as the hammer falls. This is a result of the trigger not being pulled back far enough for the DA sear to have clearance on the way down.
