Default model 49 locking up

I have a model 49 that is locking up on me in SA/DA. I noticed that the primer end of the cases are dragging on a spur that is on the firing pin bushing. The bushing is also oval shaped, not round. I have done a search and found out that this may be from dry firing. If I just stone the spur down, Is the bushing ok with the oval shape? If I have the bushing replaced, is there some other issue that needs to be looked at? Some other internal problem ?

Thanks

The firing pin bushing is damaged and needs to be replaced.
