Bodyguard 380 serial # info. Wich one to buy

I'm sure you're good to go on the takedown lever, but I've heard of problems with broken firing pins even into the EAJ S/N range. My 380 (EAH) had a broken firing pin which was fixed by S&W, along with a very hard to operate safety lever. No problems since I got it back from S&W. Dave

    USA ammo

The new 9mm and 380 I ordered were shipped from Lewiston, Idaho. The 9mm was all Speer brass and the 380 was all Blazer brass. I think it's loaded using Speer facilities in Lewiston. Good ammo, I've had no problems with any I've used.

I just bought one yesterday with an EAH12XX S/N which my dealer had just received. It was test fired on 12/17/10. Everything seems fine with it so far, although I haven't been to the range yet. Dave

After lurking on this forum for a while and gathering information, I decided to get a BG380, which I picked up today (S/N EAH1XXX) to go along with my Ruger SR9c and a Taurus 66 and 85. The information on this forum really helped me make a decision on the purchase of this gun. Also, the laser...
