Customized SW500 from Punisher: War Zone

That's pretty cool. I rolled my eyes at the suppressor though. I also noticed you have to remove the rail to get the cylinder to rotate out too. The rail covers the ejector rod. And yeah I'm also wondering how many real rounds till the gadgets fling off under recoil. :)

    .45 Colt Question

Glad to know. And that's why it's a guess. :) lol Thanks for setting the record straight on that.

    .45 Colt Question

It likely would. Looking at both of them, their math is done by case length and bullet length so that it ensures proper gas buildup and burn for pressure purposes. Nothing says "Crap" like powder snuffed out by lack of oxygen. lol :D You'd have to support the case walls from the outside and...

    .45 Colt Question

Yup that would be it. Thunder that would be the exact same round. I guess it would be a ring of sorts. Makes sense. I thought that might be the general idea but it never hurts to ask. My .460 rounds from Hornady doesn't feature that and neither do my .40 S&Ws or .45 ACPs Once I figured out...

    .45 Colt Question

I always get kinna curious when I see something I haven't seen before. I bought some .45 Colt Super X Lead rounds for my 460V I noticed the casing looked like it was belted about 2cm up from the rim of the casing. Any reason for that?

Revolver better than auto for CCW?

I'm gonna give an amen to SgtSam. The way I look at it is that like an enemy troop, they knew the risks when they decided to commit a criminal act and one of those risks is always the chance that you could perish in that criminal act. It's just the way it is.

Revolver better than auto for CCW?

lol at some of the posts. Thank goodness for humor. I'm gonna take a fair minded approach on this. With firearms if you give a small arm enough time or even just lack of maintainace, you will at some point have to replace a part at some point in time. It's the nature of mechanical objects...

    460 X frame

I hear that (no pun intended). I make sure I at least have some plugs in. I only fired the 74 twice without hearing protection as I've heard of a great many loosing their hearing from long term small arms operation without hearing protection. A friend of mine lost his hearing in one ear in...

    460 X frame

Hi owner/operator here. :) Yeah... Firing my AK-74 without protection will only pop my ears. :D But I don't dare fire the .460 without the muffs. It's a wild audio ride for 20 rounds a box, trust me. He'll need it for this monster. :) You might get away with it with a .44 mag but you'll...

    X Frame Question

Real shame. If a person gets their measurements right and does the work they could have a great one that would limit sound for the operator and still manage to reduce muzzle rise. I've found the AK-74 style to be the best at that job for a rifle in terms of sound projection. Could use the...

    X Frame Question

hmm... Does anyone make comps that only use the top ports like on the smaller Comp?

    X Frame Question

My first revolver was bought recently. It's a .460 V I've fired the Taurus Tracker .44 Magnum but I LOVE this baby. :) I do have a question though. With the muzzle compensators, which one is the loudest for the user to operate. I've only fired the longer one with the bigger vents thus far...
