Hi all, New Memeber here, just pulled saw this in todays paper. Peoria's concealed-carry concept may have found Senate sponsor - Peoria, IL - pjstar.com Mayor Jim Ardis of Peoria has suggested that Peoria be a "PILOT City" for the rest of Illinois. There are some trying to get this moving.
