Becareful using the Dremel, being overzealous will lead to uneven dips and valleys in the part, different finish colors ( brightness of the metal being polished ) and could ruin tolerance areas if your not careful. Just do very easy areas, or practice on some scrap metal you might have lying...

I ve seen a couple other makes and models with LEO markings , so looked really cool. But I personally have no desire to pay extra or try to find one. But they do look pretty cool though and would make an interesting collection. Good luck on your new addicition LOL!!

About as hard as doing this .... seriously not an issue, I do this all the time, it runs $75 for the "Equinox" slide refinish. Can do a brush polish ( shows grain like the old Colt 1911's ) or high polish which is mirror like. Shoot me an email if interested. Thanks again everyone

Just finished this for a customer. This turned out very nice. He sent me pictures of it on the gun when he got it back ( I only did the slide and installed the sights ). I ve never been a Sigma fan, but that sure made the gun alot more appealing to me.

I picked up a P22 in trade and I havent personally shot it yet. But I let my son and his friend shoot about 500 rounds through it first outing. They had a blast with it. Now I have two mosquitos also, and would rather shoot those. But we had no issues with it. No jams, not misfires, nothing...
