I believe this stuff was around in the early-mid '90's. I remember it being marketed pretty heavy when it came out.

It looks akin to what one may have found in gun rags in the ‘70’s in the “not the big three” pages. It’s not a totally bad thing, I would just set my expectations accordingly.
