    Considering the 2.0 Compact 9

Similar story on my end. Have several Glocks and have been carrying them for a couple of decades now (been through the 45 ACP Glocks, to the 40 S&W Glocks and a few years back to the 9mm 19's & 43), but picked up 2, M&P Compact 2.0's a bit back for carry purposes. I picked up the first one and...

    MP 2.0 rebate ????

As a bit of an update, I called S&W customer service today, which was a different number than the copy of the rebate form I kept, because that number just kept sending me to a mailbox that was full (I believe that was Milano). I called this number: Smith & Wesson Customer Service...

    MP 2.0 rebate ????

Same, my purchase from 30-Sep and filed electronically on 6-Oct, just appeared today (6-Dec) in the Milano site, and it indicates entry date of 13-Nov (whatever that means). It just says valid submission, but of course, no ship date as yet. This was on a 2.0 Compact.

    2.0 grip texture

For shooting it is great. For carrying, as others have stated, I think it may be just a bit aggressive. I just got my IWB holster for it today and regularly carry under just a tshirt. I'm guessing I'll have to hit the left side of the pistol that is next to the skin when in the holster with some...

Compact 2.0 15 Round Mags Found!

Just ordered a Galco King Tuk for the 2.0 from MidwayUSA (Galco holsters currently on sale). Have used the King Tuks for several years for my Glock 19 and my Glock 43. Much better retention in my opinion than the Crossbreeds I have tried. Will be interesting to see how the 2.0 does right up...

    Seeking Experienced Opinion

I like the Trijicon HD's or the Ameriglo Spartan Operators (very similar to one another). Nice bright orange ring around the tritium vial on the front sight that pops during the day but disappears when in low light to allow the tritium to perform its function. The back sight has tritium vials...

    2.0 Compact $449.00 free shipping ????

Might be time to shop that service around a bit. Depending on where you live, you may well be able to find one cheaper who offers just as good of service (hours, etc) There is a decent amount of competition where I am located, so I was able to find one with a reasonable charge ($15 cash) that...

    2.0 Compact $449.00 free shipping ????

Grab a Gun had them for $409 a bit back, and I snagged a second one. $7.99 shipping, and my FFL was a $15 charge for transfer.

New 2.0 Compact vs old Compact

Well really I think S&W sought to make a Glock 19 sized M&P. Hence the M&P Compact 2.0 It will be interesting to see what they do with the original compact and if they keep it around to keep a double stack sub compact (Glock 26 competitor) in the line up or they drop it in favor of the Shield.

    Nice!!!!

I had understood these would protrude and that was the reason that S&W included the 2 "sleeves" with the M&P 2.0 Compacts?

    M&P 2.0 Compact 9mm magazines

Cool, yeah I see that here now: SMITH & WESSON M&P M2.0 COMPACT MAGAZINE 9MM | Brownells I'll be searching for a better price than that, but does confirm things. Thank you

    Compact 2.0 and G19 Comparison.

I recently picked up a 2.0 compact. From the specifications and comparing it to my Gen 4 19's (Don't have a Gen 5 yet), I see they are very similar in size (MAC does a good job in the video above comparing sizes). I will say that the weight balance feels different in the 2.0 Compact from the...

    M&P 2.0 Compact 9mm magazines

But to be clear, the 15 round mags that are out now, are the same size as the 17 round mags, they are geared toward states (as you indicate such as Colorado and NJ) that have a 15 round limit on mags, correct? They will fit but be extended like the 17 rounders are? I'm fairly new to M&P handgun...

    Sell or keep

This is where I'd be with it. If there were other items I wanted more than the AR, then I'd probably do it.

    Got lucky again

Consider magazines semi-consumables. Buy them when you see them at the right price, add a few to orders of other items/supplies, etc, just like ammo and you will be in good shape.

    SHIELD 9mm mags. at midway

Yep, they jacked up the price on their PMags to $59.99 right after the run began, and also temporarily suspended online gun sales. CTD is getting hammered by the gun community and they deserve it for their actions. Capitalism is a good thing, but CTD has made it clear that they are not...

    Is ustacticalsupply.com legit?

I just placed a backorder for some PMags with them after hearing from some members on another forum that I am a member of that USTacticalsupply.com was reputable. I also sent USTacticalsupply.com an email before ordering which was promptly responded to, answered all my questions, and was very...

Given Cheaperthandirt's recent pricing policies post recent events, I'd steer clear of them. They will never get another $ from me.

    Sling for the 15/22

I swap the sling from my M&P Sport, which is a Viking Tactical (padded) using QD swivels. I have the MOE 15-22 with the integral rear QD mount on the lower. (My Sport has a MagPul CTR stock which has an integral QD mount) For the front QD on my 15-22 I just picked up one of these QD Rail...

    Newbie here please help!

The MOE also has an rear QD sling mount built into/integral to the receiver that is not on other models. I have an MOE and the difference in price I was able to get it for was well worth it given the extras (MOE stock, MOE grip, MBUS, and the integrated QD mount). The stock/MBUS/grip can all...
