Reciprocity? Honor Each Other? Just Honor Another? What is it?

If you have a valid permit/license from another state you can keep it on you in your vehicle. Unless that permit/license is valid in PA you can't get out of your vehicle with it concealed. You can open carry in PA without a permit/license but not in Philly.

Reciprocity? Honor Each Other? Just Honor Another? What is it?

I get emails at Handgunlaw.us saying, “Your site is wrong as Montana doesn’t honor Washington as the Washington AG doesn’t list them as a reciprocal state. MT does honor WA and WA doesn’t list MT as they only list the states they have agreements with and honor and they don’t honor Montana. Or...

On 8/5/11 I added to the Florida page at Handgunlaw.us that FL was no longer putting the persons address on their permit/license. It was a little while before that date that they started not putting your address on them. Most likely around 7/1/11.

Maine, Michigan, Florida, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Colorado will only honor "Resident Permit/Licenses" from the states they honor. Pennsylvania doesn't have a law that states they only honor resident permit/licenses from the states they honor but their AG is doing it by Reciprocity...
