Saw A Cyber Truck Up Close And Personal

I saw a Cyber Truck up close for the 1st time today. Today is Mrs. QD67's birthday, and I took her to the restaurant of her choosing. When we came out, there was a 4 door Cyber Truck parked out front. I had no idea that these things were that big. I was thinking they were about the size of a...

What was the inspiration for your Username?

It's a play on my last name and my birth year. I spelled it without the "c" when I went for an e-mail account back at the dawn of e-mail and "quickdraw67" was already taken. And the rest is history.:ROFLMAO:

    Ethical Question

Just guessing here, and I am NOT calling them an evil group, but the only bunch of imported 3rd Gens I'm aware of are from Israel. I'm guessing that is whom the OP is referring to, and I'm not going any further with that.

The Korean War Begins - 75 Years Ago Today

My wife's uncle was in Korea 51-52, artillery. Her Dad was there at the very end of the war, 53-54, Signal Corps. I don't think these men get the credit they deserve at all. And as the years pass, so do the veterans, and the memories.

    Pre Mixed 2 Cycle Fuel

We use the Stihl pre-mix fuel on all our rigs. So much easier than trying to mix, and easier to store in the compartments.

    Ethical Question

I have owned weapons with the proof marks of Nazi Germany, Communist China, the Soviet Union, post-USSR Russia, and various Com-Bloc countries, as well as former Com Bloc countries as current production. It didn't and doesn't bother me. I don't have a Nazi or Commie fetish, but they did make...

Bobby Sherman, Singer and TV Actor, Dies at 81

He did a guest star gig on Emergency as an arrogant young doctor that didn't think much about the Paramedics. It must have impacted him, as he left show biz and became an EMT and a Reserve Policeman, To leave stardom and train to become a public servant says something about a man. Rest easy...

    Am I Nuts?

I assume anything coming in on the landline that is a number I don't recognize is spam, phishing, scammer, etc. I don't answer it. And if it is actually legit, they will leave a message.

What makes a modern pistol “better”?

PSA and Anderson are are perfectly fine for 99.5% of AR owners. I had both (and still have a H&R marked M16A1 PSA) and they worked fine. Glocks are the king of the LEO world for a reason. Affordable and reliable. I'll never love it for its looks, but if the excrement ever hit the oscillating...
